Miramar Legal is always seeking to recruit consultant solicitors who have trained and worked in legal 500 law firms with minimum 5 years PQE.
It is common knowledge that working in a traditional law firm is just not fun especially when the law firm has only a handful of equity partners or even worse just one equity partner.

Since it is your hard work that has gone into building your following you should be the one to profit from it. The majority of law firms’ work on the “third principle” with respect to bills invoiced i.e. a third for the firm, a third for the partners and a third to the solicitor but not us.
We do not pay a salary but offer a fee sharing reward scheme. We pay you up to 60% on your bills from your clients. You bill £200,000 a year and we will pay you £120,000. If you introduce work to other colleagues in the firm, then you will get paid for that as well. We believe in adding value and rewarding consultants for hard work.
